Terms, Payment Methods, Shipping, and Warranty Information

Ordering Information

  • Due to potential export restrictions to foreign countries, we currently only sell to customers having a shipping address within in the United States or Canada at this time..
  • We use Paypal Shopping Cart for your privacy and security. You do not have to become a PayPal member to use this feature.
  • Paypal accepts major credit cards in addition to their other standard forms of payment.  We will gladly accept telephone orders, however we do not accept credit cards over the phone.  Payment must be made with Bank (Cashiers) Check or Money Order for prompt shipment.  You may pay with personal check but this will delay shipping by up to 2 weeks.
  • Payments are accepted in USD only.
  • NC Residents will be charged applicable sales tax.
  • HomeBot Robotics reserves the right to refuse any order and/or the right to limit quantities as we see fit.

Shipping Informaton

  • We ship USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise requested.
  • Standard shipping rates will be determined at the time of order. 
  • Special shipping requests are subject to additional shipping charges and will not be reflected in the order total at time of purchase.
  • All of our products are proudly made to order in the USA.
  • We may stock a limited amount of finished product available for immediate shipment,  however typical lead time is 1-2 weeks for periods of normal demand. 
  • You will be provided with an estimated shipping date shortly after your order is placed.

Warranty and Returns

  • Your satisfaction is our top priority!   If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order for a full refund within 30 days after you receive it.  Note:  Products must be in original packaging and in new condition to qualify for a full refund.
  • We never charge restocking fees for returned merchandise as long as it is received in new condition and in original packaging.
  • HomeBot Robotics warrants all of our products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 60 days from date of receipt.
  • Within the Warranty Period, we will replace, or repair your product at no charge to you. 
  • When returning items, you are responsible for all postage and packaging costs in getting the product back to us. 
  • For items covered under warranty, we will pay the cost of USPS Priority Mail shipping back to you.
  • HOMEBOT ROBOTICS PROVIDES NO WARRANTEE OF SUITABILITY OR PERFORMANCE OF ITS PRODUCTS FOR ANY PURPOSE WHATSOEVER.  THE USER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR DETERMINING THE SUITABILITY OF THE PRODUCT FOR ANY APPLICATION OR PURPOSE FOR WHICH IT IS EMPLOYED.  BY THE USE OF THE PRODUCT, THE USER HEREBY AGREES THAT HOMEBOT ROBOTICS SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AMOUNT OF DAMAGES BEYOND THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT.  FURTHERMORE, THE USER HEREBY AGREES THAT HOMEBOT ROBOTICS SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABILE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR BODILY INJURY OR DEATH RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THE PRODUCT.
